What are some of the things couples should consider when they’re compiling their gift registry?
For many, the wedding brings together two households and it can represent an opportunity for couples to select items together for the first time.
Couples should create a registry that reflects their personal needs and tastes, and they should select items with a wide range of prices in order to accommodate all budgets.
What are some trends you are seeing when it comes to wedding gifts?
Trends change all the time, as you can imagine. However, more and more couples are investing in higher value and higher quality items.
How did you get started in the industry?
I became involved in the wedding industry through first working at Your Habitat as a sales assistant; I was then promoted to Gift Consultant.
What is your favourite part about your job?
It is incredibly humbling to be invited into what will be one of most memorable occasions of a couple’s life.
What is something unique to your service that you are especially proud of?
Our personalised service. We are here to look after the couple as well as their guests, and are available to guide them through the entire process.
